An Excellent opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired EPC MNC’s based in their India office in the Noida. They are dealing in EPC/PMC and Cracker Technology.

The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 15+ years’ experience in Project procurement.

Brief Description
Project Procurement Manager To ensure the complete procurement process are done in accordance with the company procedures and to meet the project targets to ensure delivery of the equipment/materials in accordance with purchasing specifications & meeting the project schedule.

The major responsibilities are:
• Comply with Global Category Strategy, Blue Book/Golden Rules, and Group’s Corporate Policies
Work with management team as directed to develop and execute project procurement plan.
• Recommend non-lead suppliers for disqualification Identify and analyze non-lead supplier performance and monitor relevant data collection through applicable procedures
• Send RFQ’s, evaluate bid tabs, issue purchase orders for non-lead equipment.
• Work with category manager to ensure non-lead project equipment is purchased in accordance to Project Procurement Plan.
• Deploy, implement, and ensure compliance to procurement manual, associated instructions &
procedures as well as procurement code of conduct Margin Contribution/Contribution to E&C
Competitiveness.
• Identify, develop, and qualify new suppliers in the zone with a view to improve competitiveness as wellas raise the benchmark of services
• Consultation with Project, Proposal and Engineering team will identify the equipment scope split within the Package for cost optimization.
• Prepare 'Project Specific Terms and Conditions' to be sent along with the RFQs
• Prepare Inputs related to 'Procurement', to be submitted along with the bid to Client/PMC

Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
• BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech Engineering with 15+ Years’ experience, worked in an EPC Organization as Project Procurement Manger (PPM) for large projects in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Should have executed as PPM, at least one EPC project more than 1000 Cr from the award stage till commissioning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
