We work across several industry sectors, including energy, infrastructure, renewables, advanced manufacturing, and mining finding clients the best quality personnel for their job roles.
The successful candidate will be working with our international offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. They will play a key role in helping us protect the health and safety of our staff and customers as well as ensuring our quality mission statement, “the delivery of excellence in all that we do for our customers” is being upheld.
A summary of responsibilities for the position cover:
HSE Duties
1. Conduct reviews, and audits assessing client health and safety arrangements
2. Report HSE performance
3. Promote HSE knowledge through safety topics and presentations
4. Conduct office risk assessments
5. Create and maintain onboarding/orientation materials
6. Research HSE knowledge relevant to our business activities
Quality
1. Conduct reviews, and audits
2. Report Quality performance
3. Promote quality knowledge through quality topics, presentations, training portal
4. Coordinate and report on customer satisfaction programmes.
5. Coordinate and manage training portal (quarterly training programme needs across TRS locations)
6. Create and maintain TRS global orientation materials.
This position is open to both experienced and inexperienced candidates. However all candidates must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and good competence in using Microsoft applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience plus a combination of remote working (mostly) and regular days at our Aberdeen (Dyce) office.
