The site to Suttgart in Germany is focused on visibility, developing and producing high level Wiper Systems. Our customer is looking for a VIE Quality Engineer, focused on Warranty cases for 12 months with the chance to extend to 24 months.
Your challenges:
- Management of the Warranty Process, dealing with claims coming from the customer
- Support in analyses of warranty cases / returned products and Processing of field returns (recording / feedback via customer portals, correspondence, presentation of the analysis results to the customer)
- Preparation and implementation of recourse negotiation talks with customers
- Checking of incoming customer invoices, plausibility checks and calculation of any further charges to suppliers
- Conducting data analysis and statistics
- You have an Engineering and clear quality background/mindset
- You have a fluent level of English
- You have some basics knowledge of German
- Ideally, you have a first automotive experience/warranty experience/first customer contact experience
- You have availability to perform a proper root cause analysis and you are able to apply the QRQC FTA method
- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
- You are willing to learn and listen, You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
