We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our client on an exciting pharmaceutical plant expansion project. This is a contract role which will require five days a week onsite based in, Denmark.
Duties May Include:
- Support, guide, and implement changes in systems, processes, and procedures
- Assess resource needs; prepare manpower and indirect estimates; develop and manage budgets for individual contracts
- Review Contracts task force activities (e.g., project budget and staffing mix, Project Contracting Plans, Request for Proposal bid evaluations, contracts, and monthly reports, etc.)
- Manage contract processes to avoid claims and participate in the equitable settlement of claims that cannot be avoided
- Organize and prioritize a variety of complex projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines
- Formulate contracting strategy for individual contracts
Requirements:
- Experience developing negotiating contract terms and conditions specifically for contracts related to services, construction, engineering, materials and equipment installation
- Has the skillset to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Experience within Contracts Management on Pharmaceutical or Data Centre construction projects preferred
- Willing to relocate to Denmark for the duration of the contract
- European or British Passport preferred
