TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Senior/Lead Document & Data Management Professional to work for an amazing EPCM client in Vancouver, BC.
Salary Range: $45-$55/hour
Responsibilities:
- Direct the work activities and training of PDDM team.
- Ensure compliance with customer regulations regarding maintenance of relevant documentation.
- Perform tasks such as preparing electronic receipt, recording, tracking reporting, and disposal of documentation.
- Perform complex problem solving to resolve PDDM issues.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Prepare historical performance reporting.
- Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a related industry is essential.
- A strong understanding of data, data systems, and emerging technologies is required.
- Proficiency in developing technical documentation, including the creation of document management plans.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing systems and leading Document Management project teams.
- Relevant experience with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of data, Power BI, SQL, and Aconex.
- A progressive approach to problem-solving and project management.
- The role is non-transactional.
