Senior Planner

The Senior Planner will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of the construction activities related to the project. This role requires a deep understanding of mining, construction processes, and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for the phosphate mine project using project management software.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the engineering and construction teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling in the mining or construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
