Job Requirements (Qualifications):
JavaScript – Basic understanding of programming and a grasp of object-oriented programming. Must
Databases - basic understanding of databases
Problem Solving skills
Basic understanding of IT business processes
Knowledge of ITIL best practices
Self-Starter
ServiceNow Experience Preferred
US Citizen
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain service catalogs, forms, scripts, and automated workflows
Workflow design: Creating and modifying workflows to optimize business processes.
Incident resolution: Troubleshooting technical issues related to ServiceNow and providing support to end-users.
Reporting and analytics: Generating reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and identify trends.
IT Solution Development
Writing ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions
Technical support of the ServiceNow application
Other duties as assigned
