Job Title: Site Work Coordinator
Location: Nysa, Poland

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of site work activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of site work tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of site work to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site work teams and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including reports, schedules, and logs.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on site work progress and challenges.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to site work activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site work coordination, preferably in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Fluor’s project management and execution methodologies.
- Familiarity with local and international construction standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
