- Managing multi-trade tool hook up modelling coordination and associated construction activity
- Accurate coordination and distribution of LSP / PIP and related Tool package information to design teams--
- Coordinating pop-out alignment with construction stakeholders and design team; filed walk alignment and virtual / model alignment between stakeholders-
- Management of submittals of design comments on client tool packages
- Managing tool package releases against design schedules - working closely with planning teams to ensure deliverables are met accordingly
- Representation at field walk release and review meetings – interfacing with Tool Owners to update on status, design comments etc
- Interfacing with key points of contact on base-build side for design model updates
- Hosting PIT meetings with respective Trade BIM Leads
- Managing POC database content from client and ensuring design teams have relevant information to perform accurate hook up
- BIM Management of ACC / BIM 360; Coordination of LSP / PIP and 3D Tool block documentation in alignment with the federated model from base build and tool install are updated and submitted in accordance with the project BEP
- BIM Management; ensuing accurate and frequent automation is aligned with project deliverables
- BIM Management; QA/QC review of models in adherence to client Tool Install specifications
- Overall clash adjudication – working closely with design team and trades to mitigate clash avoidance
