Job Details
An Excellent job opportunity to work with an American international engineering, procurement, and construction company in Gurgaon.
Responsibilities:
- Doing follow-up for a given task and maintaining electronic filing system / records for various departmental activities.
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence to designated departments or individuals.
- Preparing PPT, reports, drafts as advised by team members.
- Scheduling and coordinating client meetings, key appointments and other arrangements for meetings.
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to department visitors etc.
