General:
Assists the Procurement Compliance lead in performing the tasks related to the onboarding and pre-qualification processes of supplier candidates.
Tasks include:
- Data entry into tools and systems, and status tracking of multiple forms and processes.
- Assembles / Issues / tracks / expedites various form packages to / from suppliers.
- Interacts directly with suppliers and others using oral and written business communication skills.
- Logs/tracks/expedites/generates / reports as needed using database and spreadsheet software.
- Issues instructions and forms to suppliers and others as needed. Performs reviews of critical forms to ensure compliance and completion to established standards.
- Assembles soft and hard files and maintains current status of records in systems.
- May create redline markups of supplier-requested changes to Contract documents for submittal to Mgmt. Facilitates Contract language exchanges between client and suppliers until completed.
- Acquires Contract final signatures, distributes final copies, and enters supplier and contract information into systems.
- Related tasks and duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel desired. Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Teams, and related software tools.
- Experience using the Quickbase data-base tool a plus.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple records in varying stages of completion simultaneously
- Skilled in business communications. Must be skilled in oral and written communication as necessary to interact directly with internal and external customers and peers at all levels.
- Work process oriented. Must be able to follow workflows, take direction from oral and guided sources, and become self-sufficient, performing with minimal oversight.
- Must be able to identify and resolve priorities.
