Here is an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale project in Windsor, Ontario, as a Survey Coordinator! You would be at work within a growing EPCM/construction firm joining a team of talented professionals all working towards one goal. This opportunity boasts longevity and a great work-life balance!
Reporting to a Survey Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating between Design, Quality, and Construction departments for the timely and efficient completion of field surveys, stake outs, and quality control reviews.
Job duties:
• Under the direction of the Survey Manager, direct the Survey field staff
• Prepare layout data and evaluate design data and for Survey field crews
• Follow and implement quality program
• Process incoming data to evaluate, then create and submit subsequent reports
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of surveying experience on structural construction projects
• Graduate of a program related to surveying or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Extensive knowledge of various survey methods
• The ability to interpret and use information from maps, graphic drawings and measurements taken in the field
