Training Lead

We’re hiring a Training Lead for construction projects for our esteemed client. This role involves managing new hire training, coordinating sessions, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a history in training coordination.

Salary rate: $160 000/year.

Responsibilities: 

• Organize necessary training for new hires in collaboration with the HSSE team.
• Handle Training Enquiry and Approval Forms from site leads.
• Coordinate on-site orientations for new hires.
• Plan and execute training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Monitor and report on training participation, feedback, and effectiveness.
• Process paperwork for non-accredited training and upload to the Learning Management System.
• Oversee leadership booking arrangements.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
• Input new employee information into Record Management Systems.
• Assess and enhance training programs based on participant feedback and performance outcomes.

Qualifications: 

• Experienced Training Lead with a track record in roles such as Training Coordinator
• Organized multitasker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented professional committed to delivering high-quality training programs.
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Accurate data entry skills and proficiency in using Record Management Systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of qualification frameworks and training requirements in the Resources, Oil and Gas, and Construction Industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
