Eradj commenced his career in recruitment in 2018 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management. Since then, he has progressed from trainee through to running his own successful recruitment business. Eradj has extensive knowledge of the IT sector working with candidates ranging from trainees to senior management and with small to large businesses.

Joining TRS in 2024 as a 360 consultant, his focus is on greatly expanding TRS market reach through building strong relationships with clients and a supporting network of top performing candidates.
