I have over 15 years of experience in HR consulting, specializing in recruitment processes for middle and managerial/executive positions. I also have 5 years of experience in building and leading technical/engineering recruitment teams.

A graduate of Human Resource Management, I broadened my professional knowledge in the field of AC/DC, Agile HR and obtained a Certificate in Talent and Career Management CTCM. 

I am focused on ensuring my clients and candidates have the best possible experience of working with our company. I do this by gaining a deep understanding of the client's organisation, its needs, culture, values and business drivers. I then select the right candidate profiles by matching them to the client requirements.

Outside of work I am a mother of two fantastic daughters, and am passionate about musicals, positive discipline, and personal development. I recharge my batteries by cycling, skiing, shooting and swimming.
