With an educational background in Mechanical Engineering and more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment business, I have a good understanding of the staffing needs (and possibilities) within the industry and technical projects. I started my career by supplying highly educated technical professionals (staff positions) to companies in the High-Tec industry. Through the years my work developed towards consulting clients and projects on the staffing possibilities and the labour market conditions.
