Ron’s technical Recruiting stems from his family lineage in Engineering. He often dives deep into conversations about the how and why.

Ron constantly tests his limits to create new interpersonal synergies for companies by supplying the best talent on the market.

For inspiration, he turns to his past. His calculus professor in college was the 1st pilot to fly across the Atlantic in an “alcohol powered” plane, receiving the Harmon Trophy from US VP Dan Quail in 1991. In addition, another colleague (and friend) of his from Baylor qualified and played in the Masters Golf Tournament.
However, Ron is most proud of his son Chase, who has 2 design patents to his credit, and his daughter who was just accepted into the London College of Fashion.
In his spare time Ron is an avid golfer, coaches and is currently aspiring for his 2nd hole in one.
"Ron is a relentless advocate in the Recruiting world. He is knowledgeable and creative, with something positive to say every day. I’ve had the pleasure of working him and he is amazing. He treats people with respect and dignity and is always optimistic, even in the wake of the uphill battles he often faces. I’ve appreciated his support and guidance on my job search recently and can’t think of any better Recruiter to know."
