Initial Screening:
After reviewing your application, we might invite you to a brief phone or video call with our HR Recruiter or Consultant. If you're a good fit, you will move on to the formal interview process.
Future Opportunities:
If you're not a fit for the specific job you applied for, other opportunities may arise that could be a better match in the future.
Formal Interview Process:
If advanced, the first interview is usually virtual with the Hiring Manager. However, some positions may also require an onsite interview to give you a better feel for our work environment and team. We recommended familiarizing yourself with our company and practicing common interview questions.
Tests or Projects:
Some roles require a test of project to showcase your skills onsite. Make sure you understand the requirements and allocate enough time to do your best.
Job Offer:
If successful, you'll receive a formal job offer. Review it carefully, considering the job description, compensation, and benefits. Ask for clarification if needed and ensure the role aligns with your career goals.
Pre-employment Checks:
Once you accept the offer, you'll advance to pre-employment screening and new hire forms. This process usually takes two weeks.
First Day:
Once hiring criteria is met, your first day will be an exciting introduction to our team and culture. You'll attend an orientation and safety training to become acquainted with our policies, procedures, and your new workspace. You'll also meet your colleagues and receive any necessary training to help you hit the ground running.
