Summary

The Field Project Controls Manager (FPCM) is a critical role responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of construction projects. The FPCM oversees project costs, schedule, and progress, providing essential insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Management: Track and manage project costs, including change orders and invoices.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, identify workarounds, and monitor progress.
  • Change Management: Coordinate change requests, audit contracts, and report change activities.
  • Progress Measurement: Establish tracking methodologies, audit data, and analyze progress against targets.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in engineering and construction project controls management.
  • Field experience is required
  • Ability to relocate to Asia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
