As the Process Quality Engineer, your main role will be as a Subject Matter Expert in one or more of the core Quality Processes horizontally integrated into the production shop floor. In addition to maintaining and upholding internal processes, you will facilitate the journey to implement best practices.
You will require strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to ensure the highest level of acceptance and understanding of the concepts to be enforced. Due to the complexities of the processes and concepts, a strong analytic thinking candidate is also preferred.
You will be the Subject Matter Expert on the application and maintenance of Quality Processes and Concepts
- Uphold premium quality by advocating for the customer
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and tools
- Support quality training coordination
- Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other quality problems that adversely affect plant operations.
- To fulfill this responsibility the Quality Engineer will:
- Conduct data and statistical analysis techniques
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis methods
- Manage and maintain Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action Systems
