Immediate need for an Experienced Engineering Recruiter for a contract opportunity. Must have previous EPC experience.

Sourcing: Find potential candidates through job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives
Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify the best candidates for the job
Interviewing: Assess candidates' skills and qualifications to determine if they're a good fit for the company

Skills and qualities

Strong communication skills

Solid sourcing skills (no post/coast)

Ability to build and maintain relationships

Adaptability and problem-solving skills

Understanding of the roles they're hiring for

Ability to run an effective hiring process
