Job Details
A great opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired Licensor organization based in their India office in the Delhi. They are dealing in EPC / PMC and Cryo / ASU Technology.
The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Project accountant receivable and payable.
Brief Description
Account Executive determine and develop the most suitable and economically Organize, plan, manage and implement account and finance activities of Projects.
The major responsibilities are:
- Accounts Payables ( Project Related)
- Receiving Supplier Invoices From Vendors by electronic and Hard copies
- Initial Checking, Validating, and acceptance of Vendor Invoice
- On-time Payment Booking of Vendor Invoices Received (For Invoice approval workflow)
- IR Posting in SAP for the Supplier Invoice received for GR Items
- Vendor Advance Payment clearing Posting once after each payment cycle entry posted by
- the Treasury
- Direct Finance Posting
- General Ledger Posting for Reclassification transactions ( Cost Centre to Project)
- Timely booking of transaction
- Posting of Transactions and other accruals
- Vendor Account reconciliation
- Effectively Coordinate with Vendors to resolve any payment-related issues
- Update and Maintain on a regular basis unbooked Invoice file
- Generate GRIR report and Supplier Advance Ageing report
- Ensure statutory compliances
- Knowledge of TDS, GST and other taxes is mandatory
- Support in the Preparation of VAT return filing and VAT refund works
- Support in Financial closing activities
Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
- Any full time graduate
- Good skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of the SAP FICO module
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
