Job Summary:
- Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site, collecting the relevant records. Ensure that all Coating and Painting operation are executed in accordance with the relevant Codes and standards, and Subsidiaries procedures, Quality Control Plans/ Inspection Test Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- In accordance with the Quality Control Plan, execute the specific inspections on material, equipment and construction/installation activities on site, following relevant specified procedures, issuing the relevant Quality Records.
- Issue the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Coating, Painting QC Supervisor / Quality.
- Control Coordinator/Quality Control Manager (as applicable) non-conformances reports (where applicable the report shall be issued on PTS software).
- Verify/control the correct storage and certification of material and instrumentation calibration certificates.
- Witness/perform qualifications of coating processes.
Experience and Qualifications: (Mandatory requirements)
- 10 years of offshore experience in oil and gas industry.
- NACE Level III AMPP Certified Coating Inspector/ FROSIO level III
- Working knowledge and proven ability of all phases and types of coating applications and methods and recognized industry standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, in which minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas Industry.
