Administrative Assistant
The Project Administrative Assistant family includes positions providing administrative services to support project execution for proposals and projects from conception to start up.
Summary
This position assists and supports others in a department, function or project.  The position relies primarily on established policies, procedures, and applicable work practices to make decisions as they apply to the job duties and responsibilities.
Scope
This position assists in essential job duties and functions with the overall objective of working in a team environment consistently providing top-quality, administrative support to projects from start-up to close-out, while maintain solid customer relationships. Working closely with a manager or team, this role works on problems of limited scope by assisting and providing project administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities include: support the Project Admin Team, catering assistance, process project documents, emails and project database.
  • Network with other project support technicians, in order to strengthen relationships to assure assistance and coverage during absences
  • Perform technical and administrative duties including, but not limited to report preparation, presentations, setting up and maintaining project files in project databases 
  • Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination and catering
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
  • Ensure that project correspondence and project documentation are handled according to a prescribed format
  • Adhere to and support the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
  • Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
  • Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
  • Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft 365 programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility
  • Strong leadership skills/team player

Salary range: $57K- 70K/yr
Work Schedule: 9/80 – (Mon- Thurs with every other Friday off)
