Direct Hire - $24/hr
M-F / 50-55 hrs per week

We are seeking an Aggregate Crushing Plant Operator at our quarry in Harleysville, PA. This position is responsible to ensure smooth, efficient, environmentally compliant and safe day-to-day operation of the processing plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Ensure smooth, efficient, environmentally compliant and safe day-to-day operation of processing plant
• Ensure conformance to processing specifications by monitoring process and providing accurate information regarding plant operations
• Adjust equipment such as screens, crushers and conveyors to control or vary size of product and/or to maintain uniform flow of materials
• Order all raw materials and maintain inventories
• Perform daily plant inspection and maintenance oversight
• Observe environmental factors to ensure environmental compliance
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
• Comply with OSHA and MSHA standards

Qualification/requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience with respect to construction aggregate processing plant operation
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders to work in overhead positions requiring harness and safety line
• Mechanical aptitude to use tools for repairs and maintenance
• Clean driving record
• Team player and able to work independently in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
• Available to be on call for Emergencies on the weekend and flexible to work overtime as required
