Assistent Civil Project Manager

We are TRS Staffing Solutions, an international recruitment agency and part of Fluor Corporation. We specialize in supporting the oil, gas, energy, chemical, industrial construction, and life sciences sectors.

For our external client, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Civil Project Manager to join the team. In this role, you will support the Project Manager in successfully executing civil projects from planning to completion. You will play a crucial role in coordinating daily operational activities, managing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating steel construction projects.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineering departments.

• Take initiative and grow in your role.

• Ensure safe, high-quality, and profitable project execution.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.

• EU nationality and valid EU driving license.

• Dynamic, proactive personality.

• Interest in steel structures and energy transition projects.

• Strong English skills (Dutch is a plus).

• Willingness to work at various locations.
