An Excellent opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired Licensor organization based in India.
Job Description:
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, media calendars with budget allocations that align with business goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and segments within the real estate market.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Product Promotion:
- Creating compelling marketing communications for the new and existing products.
- Developing marketing collaterals in the form of brochures, flyers, standees, EDMs etc.
- Coordinating static and video shoots for the products.
- Ensure accurate and compelling property descriptions on ours as well as aggregator’s website.
- Advertising and Campaigns:
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns through various channels such as print, radio, OOH, etc.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Develop creative and engaging content for marketing campaigns.
- Coordination with agencies and vendors
- Budget Management:
- Managing and optimizing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use data and analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing initiatives vis a vis the targets.
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
Qualification:
- graduate (any discipline)
- Experience: 2 years +
- Skills: Must have excellent skills and hands on experience in MS Excel, Google tool and other marketing tool.
