• Coordinating donations to union events

• Apprenticeship:

• Market key events (Apprenticeship Competition, new classes, key announcements)

• Ticket Management/Distribution

• Assist in managing and distributing tickets for:

• Crypto Arena

• LA Dodgers

• Sofi Stadium – Football

• Anaheim Angels

• University of Southern California – Football

• Associates/Affiliates – Serve as the main liaison for Associates/Affiliates.

• Explore options for enhanced Associate and Affiliate programs and events.

• Continue to grow the number of Associates and Affiliates.

• Assist in Marketing Campaign Programs

• Engage the Rank and File

• Non-Signatory Employer recruitment

• Increase member involvement in association direction and development

• Regular member surveys

• Work with labor partners at select legislative and political events

• Coordinate City of Los Angeles legislative involvement with labor lobby efforts

• Increase management visibility and voice at city council Prevailing Wage mtngs.
  Qualifications:

  • Motivated self-starter who will achieve work objectives and strive for continuous improvement

  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

  • Superior organizational skills with great attention to detail

  • Capacity to multi-task assertively in a fast-paced environment

  • Capable of prioritizing efficiently and adhering to strict deadlines

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various levels of labor and management

  • Ability to independently identify problems and propose effective solutions

  • Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing member-specific and company-specific duties

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Computer literate with extensive experience in multiple software packages.

  • Ability to perform duties after hours with occasional single-day and multi-day travel required (weekday and weekends)
