Change Management lead (Mining Project) - Dubai, UAE

Our client is a leading international EPC company in the Middle East is renowned for its innovative approach and technical excellence. It plays a crucial role in delivering complex projects across various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and industrial developments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support project objectives.
• Identify and assess the impact of changes on project teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and training to ensure successful adoption of changes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, preferably in large-scale construction or mining projects.
• Must be willing to work on a single status.
• Willingness to undertake occasional site visits (outside UAE).
