Civil/Structual draftsman

We are TRS Staffing Solutions, an international recruitment agency and a global recruitment group. We are part of Fluor Corporation. We specialize in supporting the oil, gas, energy, chemical, industrial construction, and life sciences sectors.

For an external client, we are looking for a detailed and experienced Civil/Structural Draftsman to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans for civil and structural projects. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure all designs meet specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Designing 3D models based on discussions about construction methods.

• Preparing detailed and clear designs.

• Developing assembly drawings into workshop drawings.

• Preparing production and assembly files and follow-up lists.

• Processing changes in workshop drawings and creating change orders in the ERP system.

• Regular contact with fellow drafters to follow up on projects, provide information, and report issues.

• Checking and evaluating detailed drawings, practical feasibility, material specifications, and project progress.

• Periodic consultation with the project engineer.

Profile:

• You have a technical education at the bachelor's level or equivalent through experience.

• Preferably, you have experience detailing steel structures.

• You have experience with 3D CAD software, preferably Bocad or Tekla.

• You can work independently.

• You take responsibility and can independently organize work order and time management.
