Key Responsibilities:
- 3,4,5 axis CNC milling. Fanus, Siemens, Heidenhain, Hurco, Bosch controls.
- NC 5 axis Programming (we use Mastercam) and GF Turbosoft.
- Experience must cover small, medium, and large CNC milling machines including CNC large horizontal boring machines (up to 40T) and large CNC vertical boring machines (up to 2metre swing).
- CNC Turning using Fanuc & Siemens controls.
- CNC programming for lathes (we use Mastercam).
Experience and Qualifications:
- Trade test essential,
- Suitable candidates must have technical fluency in reading drawings, GD&T’s, English, CNC Machine operation and >5 years’ experience on high precision components.
- Suitable experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, military, turbomachinery
- Willing to relocate/ based in Vaal triangle area.
