What is the project/contract we're sourcing for?
- project: a new Hyperscale Data Centre
- Location: Belgium (Walloon region)
- Current phase: construction
- Contract: freelance or employee
- Duration: Min 1 year (with the possibility of extension)
Who are we looking for?
- In possession of a EU work permit/passport (NO sponsorship available by client).
- Min 5 years as of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Construction Manager or similar role. (experience in Data Center is a great asset)
- English language fluency (French is a plus)
- Ability to lead and managing team and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes.
- Committed to HSE rules, commercial success, and project planning.
What will you do?
- Support the Project Manager to manage and supervise on site personnel.
- Respect HSE regulation in all phases.
- Train and manage employees for safe and efficient work.
- Assist in project handover to the client.
- Establish buildable and cost-effective solutions.
- Focusing on construction activities on-site.
