Contract Manager

A Leading EPC company are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to work on a chemical project and be based in Hull. The project is for engineering, procurement and construction of a second Soarnol production line and associated facilities adjacent to the existing line.

This role is a 2 year contract to start in September and will be outside ir35.

As Site Contracts Manager, you will be based on site at Saltend Chemicals Park in Hull, UK, responsible for the administration of all site construction contracts and supervision of the site contracts team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in management of site construction subcontracts on EPC Projects in the UK, including management of change, resolution of claims, re-measurement of final quantities and final account.

The successful candidate will have extensive Contracts Management experience at a Senior level and a strong background in site Construction subcontracts. It is essential that you have worked in the Energy & Chemicals industry.
