Job Title: Contracts Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will oversee the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts to support our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to align contracts with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management within the EPC industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
