Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Coordinating with various departments to streamline project activities.
- Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Managing and mentoring on-site staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitoring project budget and resources to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the mining or construction industry.
- Must be willing to work in a remote location on a rotational basis.
