About the job:
Site Based Contract Administrator Responsible for the following key activities on major construction contracts >AUD$100M: (Reporting to home office contract manager)
- Facilitate Contract kick-off meeting
- Facilitate weekly progress meetings
- Prepare and issue minutes of meeting
- Evaluate monthly progress claims
- Prepare all Contractual letters and maintain correspondence register
- Review/evaluate contractor variation claims.
- Facilitate re-measure of quantities for where applicable.
- Prepare Site Instructions and
- Contract Variation Documentation for agreed contractual changes.
- Monthly Contract Cost Reporting.
- Contract close-out activities.
