Cost Engineer

Role overview:

Salary- £40,000-£70,000
Location- London

The Senior Cost Engineer will report directly to the Project Controls Manager.
The Senior Cost Engineer ensures that the project is executed on budget, ensure it meets contract requirements, timely and effective cost reporting for the project
Responsibilities and Duties.
• Cost control systems set up
• Maintenance of Project Cost Control System
• Cost control reporting as per contract requirements
• Accurate cost control reporting with respect to budgets, commitments, VOWD and forecasts, as per contractual and Worley requirements.
• Change Order Coordination and Control
• Input amp; Review Project controls procedures such as budget and cost control procedure, accounting amp; invoicing procedure, change order procedure
• Earned Value Analysis
• Sub-contract cost management and reporting

About you:
• Minimum 7 Years cost control experience.
• Similar industry experience
• EPC or EPCM experience
• Extensive knowledge of cost control/reporting techniques amp; methods,
• Knowledge of contract terms amp; conditions related to cost, payments, penalties, insurances, guarantees amp; similar items and physical progress measurement system.
