JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stakeholder mapping and engagement. Identify local stakeholders to build program understanding, buy-in and advocacy. Equip them with relevant materials and represent the program across different forums. Establish listening platforms to continuously collect feedback and propose ways to address it throughout the program.
- Change leadership. Work closely with local business and functional leaders to ensure full understanding of the change the HR Transformation Program drives and manage its impact on the organization.
- Change Impact Assessment. Identify the local specific change impacts of the HR Transformation program and build the change approach based on the findings.
- User experience validation. Validate system language (e.g. in processes and help text) to ensure it’s clear and understandable for different stakeholders.
- Organize communication. In collaboration with relevant communication functions, ensure that program communication is tailored to local needs and released at the right time through relevant channels.
- Localize Change Plans and Materials. Identify local needs for change and communication initiatives and contents – ensure they are reflected in local change plans and material. This includes translation of material as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-8 years of experience within HR function or Change Management role.
- Experience in large transformation programs.
- Proven change management capabilities. Relevant experience and knowledge of organizational change management processes, methodologies and tools; including process, technology and people aspects.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills. Proven ability to work effectively with different organizational levels and thorough understanding of how to engage diverse audiences - able to build trustful relationships.
- Creativity and readiness for innovation to break new ground.
- Excellent communication skills: present and report activities in a clear and effective way, sensitive to communication steps related to all levels of stakeholders.
