Over 17 years of experience in recruitment operations, I have gained a lot of experience engaging with different stakeholders throughout project phases. Ensuring Staffing logistics from start through to end are smoothly mobilised and accurately paid, allowing accurate invoicing. As a service delivery manager of various sites, I managed the mobilisation, medicals, onboarding, offboarding, IIR issues as well as attending to IOD’s, further extending throughout the entire operations plan.  With this experience, I’ve ensured problem are solved timeously.
