Our client, a leading [Industry] company, is seeking a skilled and experienced CSA Turnover Engineer to join their construction project team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth transition of construction activities to the commissioning and start-up phases.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive turnover strategies and plans in alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate closely with construction, commissioning, and start-up teams to ensure seamless handover of project deliverables.
- Prepare and manage detailed turnover documentation, including handover packages, checklists, and records.
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of completed construction work to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve turnover-related issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate turnover of their respective work packages.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout the turnover process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance turnover efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a CSA Turnover Engineer role on complex construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, commissioning procedures, and start-up requirements.
