TRS has an exciting opportunity with a leading manufacturing company in the oil & gas sector. The role is of Customer Relationship Manager.

Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Gurgaon

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for building customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new customers and win back former customers.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies for meeting customer needs.
  • Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Plan and manage communication campaigns to engage customers.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure consistency in customer interactions and streamline the customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific customer relationship management practices.
