Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for building customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new customers and win back former customers.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies for meeting customer needs.
- Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Plan and manage communication campaigns to engage customers.
- Identify and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure consistency in customer interactions and streamline the customer experience.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of industry-specific customer relationship management practices.
