FUNCTION: LEAD DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

"TRS is urgently looking for a Mandarin/Japanese speaking Lead Document Controller with mega sized projects and strong IT experience to join our International Client's Project team based in SINGAPORE."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To provide services to manage all critical documents for the construction and operation of Google’s Data Centers in the APAC region by the organization of data, implementation of scalable processes and the use of professional tools.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and available for operations.
• Driving the establishment and execution of, and compliance with, regional, scalable design and construction document control processes and practices.
• Managing Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process and other automated document workflows and define and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited BA/BS Degree in Facilities Management/Construction Management or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience managing APAC projects/programs.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years managing manage services team preferably in construction of large-scale projects preferably in Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan.
• Experience with Google Drive and the tools.
• Excellent in presentation skills.
• Knowledge of ISO standards for document control such as 2700 series, 9000 series and 10244
• Strong IT skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin. Japanese will be added advantage
