Position: Drilling and Grouting Manager
Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia
Sector: Construction & Infrastructure (Dam Project)

Our client is highly regarded for their significant contributions to Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure development. Their expertise in large-scale, innovative construction projects has made them a key player in the region’s growth and modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee drilling and grouting activities, ensuring they meet project specifications and safety standards.
• Lead and train teams, fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align activities with project timelines and goals.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of grouting and drilling operations, addressing any issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed reports on operations, compliance, and progress for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Italian speaker, preferably native in a European language.
• Must have Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Willing to relocate and work in a remote area. Preferably someone who's worked in a remote area.
• At least 15 years of relevant construction and infrastructure experience with contractors (preferably Dam projects).
• GCC experience is preferred.
