FUNCTION: E&I SUPERVISOR

"TRS has an urgent requirement for Two (2) E&I SUPERVISORS with knowledge of compressor, who will be responsible for following up MCC installation, decommissioning of a generator for our International Client’s project team based in BATA, EQUATORIAL GUINEA.”

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Understand construction cost estimates (budget), contracts signed for the project, and report on construction cost performance.
• Plan and enforce E&I works according to schedule and specified target.
• Assist in ensuring the Quality Assurance System is implemented in accordance with company standards.
• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers.
• Oversee work execution in accordance with safety procedures and work instructions.
• Maximize the productivity and efficiency of the E&I team by planning, scheduling, and appropriately allocating all resources to ensure deliverables are met.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Tertiary qualification.
• Previous experience in a E&I supervisory role with proven track record.
• Understand the job type in country.
• Excellent leadership and communications skills.
• Determination highly required.
• Very high accountability to delivery results and always looking for solution.
