"TRS is urgently looking for an ELECTRICAL DP VESSEL LEAD with Heavy Lift Vessel experience to join our leading international client's Vessel S3000 / FDS project team based WORLDWIDE.”
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate the electrical team on DP vessel, where experience and good electrical knowledge is necessary.
- Be the responsible of electrical and electronic correct operation / maintenance ensuring the respect of HSE company procedures.
- Act as the Cyber Security Officer (CySO) in line with IMO maritime instruments where applicable as per Organization Chart.
- Supervise and monitor, with full autonomy, Dynamic position system, Vessel Power Management, vessel automation system, thrusters, and all auxiliaries.
- Monitor and control Supervising on-board electrical/electronic equipment according with safety procedures.
- Define maintenance work setting priorities and propose maintenance schedule.
- Propose to the Chief Engineer and Chief Electrician the required quantity of material stock levels, in order to maintain work continuity.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited Tertiary Qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of offshore experience on Construction and Heavy lift vessel, with the position of lead (Chief Electrician or First Electrician).
- Knowledge on Kongsberg system, k-chief and k-pos. Able to manage FMEA and DP trial.
- Knowledge of Amos maintenance system.
- Capability to manage a team of at least 10 people.
- Must have BOSIET / FOET and all Offshore Certificates (Compulsory).
