Electrical Engineer

We are currently seeking a number of Electrical Engineers for multiple projects.


Role Description

The Engineer is responsible for assisting in achieving successful technical outcomes in projects leading to client satisfaction, repeat business and growth.
As a member of the company Engineering team you will work closely in a collegiate manner with your peers in the delivery of allocated projects whilst ensuring the Company’s reputation for high quality services and client satisfaction is maintained.
The Engineer shall contribute to effective technical and business outcomes, including:
• Development and execution of technical solutions;
• Technical input in the execution, reporting and close-out of projects within area of specialisation;
• Effective communication across entire organisation to ensure work is delivered efficiently to a high technical standard making best use of past projects, templates, procedures, standards and codes of practice;
• Mentoring junior team members and encouraging innovation, creativity, development and deployment of technical solutions;
• Manage and execute allocated project tasks;
• Input into the continuous improvement of suitable tools, systems and processes;
• Complying with HSEQ, design and technical execution standards within area of specialisation;
• Adhere to project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline

Experience
• Demonstrated three to five years’ relevant experience within the resources sector
• Three years’ experience in a project execution role in for an engineering services
organisation.
