About the Project
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Lead to join our team for a large Pharmaceutical Expansion project currently in the Construction Phase. This exciting opportunity is based in Denmark and offers the chance to work for a Tier 1 Contractor on a cutting-edge development.
About You.
- You have demonstrable experience working on projects within the Pharmaceutical or Data Center sector. A strong understanding of the specific electrical requirements for these environments is essential.
- You are a skilled and confident leader with the ability to motivate and guide a team of electrical professionals.
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- You are proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
- Experience working within a collaborative contracting environment is preferred.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to the electrical team, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee all aspects of electrical construction, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project scope, specifications, and electrical requirements.
- Develop detailed electrical work plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project timelines and cost constraints.
- Manage and track project resources, including manpower and materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Identify and proactively address any potential risks or challenges that may arise during the project.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with all project stakeholders, including the client, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary electrical documentation.
