Equipment Coordinator! You would be at work within a growing EPCM/construction firm with projects worldwide and joining a team of talented professionals all working towards one goal. This opportunity boasts longevity, a great work-life balance rotation of 14/7, and excellent accommodations.

In this very exciting role, the qualified individual will directly report Project Site Manager. The candidate will be responsible for material planning, Purchasing, expediting and Logistics with strong skills in administration, planning and computer abilities.

Job duties:
- Coordinate with Client Site Management to address overages, shortages, damages deficiencies and other material related issues as they arise
- Generate documents, organize and manage files, and maintain tracking data and reports
- Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
- Complete receiving reports and install Decals for Equipment delivered to site

Qualifications:
- Experience with Logistics and expediting required
- Previous administration experience is an asset
- An excellent knowledge of Computer
- A knowledge of Procedures and global standard policies which comply with Equipment maintenance is required.
