Job Title: General Manager - Human Resources
Experience: 10+ Years
Job Location: Mumbai


Job Description:
 
  • The Human Resources General Manager is responsible for overseeing the Listenlights team of Human Resource professionals.
  • This position has the responsibility to implement HR strategies, and initiatives throughout the project, office, or local business line to improve workforce performance.
  • Responsible for the development or implementation of policies, procedures, and methods designed to enhance the ability to attract and retain qualified employees.
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes. Act as the main resource to respond to queries regarding Human Resource policies and procedures and applicable country regulations.
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
  • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organizational personnel Human Resource policies and practices.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for Human Resource operations.
  • Experience providing consultation to managers and HR staff about HR strategy and program implementation.
  • Responsible for developing, administering, and directing HR policies, programs, and practices while ensuring compliance with company policy and local practices and regulations.
  • Researches, evaluates, and maintains company policies and practices recommending changes as necessary.
  • Comprehends and uses data metrics and analysis to develop strategic planning for HR related actions.
  • Prepares for, conducts, and resolves Employee Relations matters and recommends necessary corrective actions.
  • Maintains a close working relationship with operational management to define, create, coordinate, and communicate department-wide Human Resource strategies and ensure that services are properly developed and executed to meet the needs of the business and company.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to the Human Resources team to attract, retain and develop high performing employees while building an inclusive environment.
  • Approve and ensure policy compliance of HR administrative documents.
  • Provides HR guidance in the areas of recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, employment documentation, policies, procedures, laws, standards, and compliance.
