TRS Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to work on a new FEED-stage mega project. The Home Office Construction Manager represents the construction team in the main office, assisting with the development of the project strategies and liaise with the project team.
These positions will report to the overall Project Construction Director and will be responsible and accountable for delivering construction deliverables and associated execution plans for the respective units / scope allocated in each of the offices.
The position requires similar background in construction management and detailed planning of project execution including knowledge of initial site set up through the construction phase to completion of projects.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Represent the construction group within project teams
• Development of various execution narratives and development of construction execution strategies with a construction driven approach
• Coordinate with other disciplines and departments on required input / alignment of construction objectives and defined strategies.
• Develop Construction Execution plans specific to project
• Set up and run project constructability programs in line with Fluor guidelines
• Coordinate and develop technical work procedures consistent with project design and construction requirements
• Review design drawings for completeness and constructability
• Ability to implement construction practices and procedures on projects
• Develop required staffing plans and organisation charts for projects
• Supervise other construction engineers / project team members in project deliverables and strategies.
